Welcome to Willow Haven Farm. In the 1740s, Peter Herber settled in this quiet valley. Here he found fertile land, abundant springs, and a haven for a new life. Over two hundred and sixty years later, another farmer and his family are producing a bountiful harvest for their friends, family, and the wider community. Willow Haven Farm is committed to farming without the use of synthetic chemical fertilizers. Compost and cover crops build soil fertility while crop rotation and row covers control damaging insects and diseases. None of the products banned by the Organic Material Review Institute will be used on your vegetables.

- Spring Mountain Farms
We are a family owned and operated pasture based farm. We sell our meat and egg products all year round. We have a vegetable stand in the summer and Pick-Your-Own Blueberries starting in July followed by Grapes, Peaches and Kiwi Berries to finish off the summer.
All our meat and egg products are raised without steroids, hormones or antibiotics. Our beef is grass-fed and finished. Our pork is pasture raised in the woods and on pasture. Our poultry is truly free-range.
Our cattle are Registered Miniature Herefords. We are the east coasts largest breeder and from champion bloodlines. Miniature Herefords make great pets or backyard beef. Our Mini Herefords typically range from 600 to 800 pounds live weight and our very docile. We have many choices of heifers and bulls available or we can customize you a starter package.
Our pigs are Tamworth, a heritage breed. Most of our poultry are also heritage breeds. We sell registered breeding stock also.

- 14 Acre Farm
14 Acre Farm has been growing, baking, and serving food in Carbon County and the surrounding areas since 2004. We grow produce and flowers without the use of chemicals or synthetic fertilizers. Our fresh breads and other baked goods are made from organic and local ingredients whenever possible-if you meet a local chocolate chip farmer, please let us know!
We specialize in farm-to-table catering, gathering as many local organic ingredients as possible for the freshest, most delicious food around. We are the official caterers of the Mauch Chunk Museum, where we’ve served many joyful gatherings. We can even help you plan your wedding or other special event. We are your friendly local farmers and a whole lot more!

- Cressley's Greenhouse & Produce Farm
Family owed and operated for 3 generations, Cressley's Greenhouse & Produce Farm have been farming since the 1920’s. In 1985 they began farming a variety of produce in addition to there staples of cattle, pigs, corn and hay. Diversifying even further the family built their greenhouse in 1995 where they grow a wide variety of plants like: annuals, poinsettias, mums and lots more. Visit us at the market on Saturdays or our farm stand daily from 9am-7pm.
- Nev & Nise Produce
Nev & Nise Produce is a family-run operation in Mahoning Township. Together, Nevin and Denise Frey grow sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers, cantaloupe, potatoes, pumpkins, sunflowers, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower and other vegetables.
Nev and Nise began their farming business three years ago as a way to improve their own health by eating fewer preservatives in their foods by canning and freezing their own produce.
Nevin started farming more than 20 years ago with his father and is certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture for pesticide training and safety. Denise is certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Health in the Serve Safe program and is currently majoring in nutrition at Cedar Crest College in Allentown. Denise hopes to become a registered dietician when she completes her degree.
Nev & Nise Produce is a member of the PA Vegetable Growers Association and attended the Mid-Atlantic Vegetable Growers convention in Hershey this past February in order to continue their education in crop production and food safety. Nev & Nise Produce also participates in the WIC program and the Senior Citizens Farmers Market Coupon program.
This year, Nev and Nise are expanding its product line to include some canned vegetables, canned spaghetti sauce and jellies. Their products are also available in Lehighton at the Normal Square Mini Mart, which Denise co-owns with her parents.
